Stayed in a hotel with great amenities. There was a huge room that was cleaned properly and had excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect for those who wanted to be in the heart of everything. There were numerous eating and drinking options in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The WIFI connection was not reliable and kept dropping constantly, which was very frustrating.

the rooms were very spacious, and the kitchenette was equipped with a microwave and a frigobar, which allowed me to make my own meals. the hotel was situated in a great location, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping centers, all within walking distance.
The coffee offered in the morning, which was too weak for my taste. I also experienced a security issue when at 5:00 AM, another guest entered my room using his key.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke both Portuguese and English, which made communication easy. The room was quite large, with a balcony and a separate bedroom. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also provided free toiletries and there was even a washing machine in the room.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly staff, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities, such as the large room with a balcony and a separated bedroom, were very comfortable. The location was also very convenient, making transportation to and from this city a breeze.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighbourhood, with many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. the room is spacious with a kitchenette and a separate living area. the staff is helpful and friendly, and they offer free parking and internet access to guests.
The hotel seriously lacks in the area of security, as one guest reported an intruder entering their room at an ungodly hour. This is a major concern that should not be ignored by the management.
